Animas Marketing

Animas Marketing is the project you're looking at right now. We built our own agency website using the same standards we apply to every client engagement: SEO-first information architecture, semantic HTML, mobile-first responsive layouts, original photography from Southwest Colorado, and performance budgets that keep every page snappy on a phone in the field.

When Tyler Rice founded Animas Marketing during his senior year at Fort Lewis College in December 2016, the goal was simple: bring big-agency caliber digital marketing to small businesses in Durango and the Four Corners region. A decade later, that mandate still shapes how we build sites — including this one. We use the website as a living showcase: every block, every typography choice, every color token in this page is part of the same component library we ship to clients. If something breaks here, it would break there. So nothing breaks here.

The site is hand-authored, version-controlled, and deploys to Cloudflare's global edge from a single push to master. We don't lean on bloated themes or page builders that bury content under JavaScript. Pages render server-side, hydrate progressively, and pass Google's Core Web Vitals on the slowest connections we test in Silverton and Pagosa Springs. The site doubles as our portfolio, our brochure, and our hiring page — and every block on every page is editable through the same client editor we ship to our customers.
