Another great way to gain potential customers’ trust is by offering a money-back guarantee. This shows that you’re confident in your product or service and that you’re willing to stand behind it. It also shows that you’re willing to work with your customers to make sure they’re happy – if they’re not, they can always get their money back.

This can make you seem unorganized or even untrustworthy. So, make sure your website is complete before you launch it.
